Application
Sanding the wooden floor by coarse and medium grit size sandpaper to obtain a smooth surface, free from grease, oils and waxes. Collect sawdust from sanding and prepare a mixture with LEGASTUCCO RS/20 in the proper ratio to reach the thickness required (approximately 30%) filler must be more or less thick referring to the fissure’s size (thinner fissures => more liquid filler).
Quickly and uniformly spread the filler on the floor using a stainless American spatula taking care to push into the gaps as much product as possible. If necessary repeat the operation. After drying proceed to sand using 100-120 grit size sandpaper. Before applying any coat carefully remove all the exceeding filler and clean the surface.
Notes
- Overcoatable also with water-based varnishes
- To obtain the same colour of the wood use the powder obtained from sanding operations.
